Application to support export data as Microsoft PowerPoint in ServiceNow.
Notes:
- Customer agrees that it will not place export-controlled data in the ServiceNow App.
- Availability of Export to PowerPoint:
- For general customers: Available for all customers
- For regulated customers: Supported on GCC, NSC, SPP-AU, SPP-SG, and Australia IRAP-Protected data centers.
- Create a customized PowerPoint template
- Select their choice of data required for export
- Export data in certain colors and shapes to the PowerPoint based on conditions in formatter mapping
Fixed:
- Resolved an issue where exporting the SPW roadmap to PowerPoint did not preserve Color by Status formatting. Roadmap items with no status are now handled correctly, preventing export crashes and ensuring all items display the appropriate colors.
