Organizations with U.S. employees typically need to send several targeted messages to ensure smooth delivery of W-2s. This Employee Experience Pack offers a blueprint that allows ServiceNow HR Service Delivery customers to target, schedule, and send these key messages to employees.
The Tax Time Campaign consists of portal banners email notifications, and contains the following key messages:
- Reminds employees to ensure their address is up-to-date.
- Encourages employees to sign up for the electronic delivery of W-2s.
- Notifies employees once W-2s are available.
- Informs employees on how to update tax withholdings for the upcoming year.
