Service Graph Connector for Nautobot imports IP and Network data quickly, seamlessly, and securely. The Connector Supports selective subnetwork filtering using Nautobot Namespaces and network type (IPv4 or IPv6), it also handles the life cycle of networks and IPs, giving you complete discretion on your policies.

The connector pulls the following classes into ServiceNow CMDB:
- IP Pool
- IP Network Subnet
- Managed Network
- Allocated IP Address
It supports:
Selective Subnetwork Filtering
Using Nautobot Namespaces and network type (IPv4 or IPv6). Prefix data is fetched only from the selected namespaces and specified IP version, ensuring that only relevant IPv4 or IPv6 network segments are synchronized. Within each namespace, root prefixes are used as the authoritative entry points, and IP address data is retrieved only for those root prefixes, not for all prefixes providing controlled and targeted IPAM data ingestion.
Lifecycle Management
Implements lifecycle management using soft deletion, where CI records in ServiceNow are retired when the corresponding prefixes or IP addresses are no longer present in Nautobot, fall outside the selected namespaces, or are excluded by the configured root prefix filters. This ensures CMDB data remains accurate and aligned with Nautobot as the Source of Truth.
