With Privacy Management Prime, you have the ability to:

- Create custom agentic workflows - Chain agents and skills into a workflow that matches how your privacy program runs.
You also receive the AI capabilities in Privacy Management Advanced:
- Privacy case summarization: Automatically generate case summaries from documents, email, and case history so analysts spend less time on manual review and more time on investigation and resolution.
- Issue summarization: Condense issue details into concise summaries, reducing the time teams spend analyzing and documenting findings.
- Risk assessment summarization: Automatically summarize risk assessments so teams can quickly understand the nature and impact of risks without digging through raw data.
- Control objective and common control objective creation: Identify redundant control objectives and propose consolidated common controls, reducing duplication across your compliance program.
- AI-Reviewer Assist: Analyzes completed assessment responses during review and recommends the control objectives and risk statements most likely to apply so reviewers can accept and scope them to the processing activity without digging through the assessment.
