The Feature Preview Program gives ServiceNow administrators a centralized, governed experience to discover and evaluate pre-release capabilities before they reach general availability. Admins can explore available features, review details and prerequisites, and activate or disable capabilities directly on their instance — all on their own terms, with no changes applied without explicit action.
With the feature preview program, admins can:
- Discover new capabilities that are available for early evaluation
- Review feature details, scope, and prerequisites before activating the pre release feature on their instance by opting into the consent agreement
- Activate or disable features directly on their instance with full control
- Provide feedback that helps shape the final experience of features before general availability (GA)
