Manufacturing Claim Common is a store application designed to help ServiceNow customers manage all core entities related to claims within the Manufacturing Commercial Operations application. This foundational component supports multiple claim case types:
- Repair Claims: Covers both warranty repairs and product recall-related claims.
- Pre-authorization: Covers pre-authorization requests that dealers submit before a repair work is performed under warranty
- Sales Promotion Campaign Claims: Handles dealer reimbursement requests for promotions or discounts offered by the OEM to end customers during product sales.
Note: The Claim Common application is hidden in the ServiceNow Store and is automatically included when customers install the other MCO store apps like Manufacturing Sales Promotion Claim Management or Manufacturing Repair Claim Management.
The Claim Common store app provides all the foundational tables required for customers to file and manage claims. This plugin centralizes the management of all entities related to base claims within the Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO) application.
