Manufacturing Claim Common is a plugin designed to help ServiceNow customers manage all core entities related to claims within the Manufacturing Commercial Operations application. This foundational component supports multiple claim case types by providing essential base functionality along with specialized features as required:
- Repair Claims: Covers both warranty repairs and product recall-related claims.
- Sales Promotion Campaign Claims: Handles dealer reimbursement requests for promotions or discounts offered by the OEM to end customers during product sales.
Note: The Manufacturing Claim Common application is hidden in the ServiceNow Store and is automatically included when customers install the Sales Promotion Campaign Management store app.
