The flow generation Now Assist skill helps authors create flows by providing a soft start instead of a blank canvas. Flow generation increases the speed of flow authoring and empowers users to build flow automation regardless of technical knowledge.

- Flow Generation skills and agents now default to optimal small third-party models. All skills and agents previously using Now LLM have been updated to use Google Gemini 3.5 Flash, OpenAI GPT 5.1, or OpenAI GPT 5.4 mini as default model providers. Large model selections require documented exception approval.
Changed
- ServiceNow Otto branding is now applied throughout Flow Generation interfaces. All UI strings, labels, and icons referencing "Now Assist" have been replaced with ServiceNow Otto naming and marks according to Otto Naming Guidelines. Interactive and background surfaces display the correct Otto mark variant. UX review has been completed prior to merge.
- Prompt Analyzer findings for Flow Generation prompts have been reviewed and addressed. All prompt standards and best practices have been validated for skills, and any issues have been triaged or resolved.
