Strategic Portfolio Management - PPM Collaboration enables project stakeholders, project managers, and the task assignee to collaborate using tools such as Slack & Microsoft Teams. This integration enables real-time collaboration via Slack and Microsoft Teams for following actions:
- Daily notification on the project's status and progress.
- Real-time notifications about selected actions taken on the project.
- Archival of the project Slack channel / Microsoft Teams group, 15 days after the project is moved to closure.
- Addition and update of the Slack channel/ Microsoft Teams group members as the assignees and additional assignees are added on the project tasks at the time of creation of project.
PPM Collaboration utilizes Slack or Microsoft Teams as a project collaboration tool to facilitate active and timely communication about the project. The project manager, users, and any other stakeholders added to the project channel can easily stay up to date with the project status and chat with other team members using these collaboration tools.
