The integration allows ServiceNow to create and manage incidents related to privileged access events and issues. When a security incident or unauthorized access attempt occurs, Delinea Cloud Suite Privileged Access can automatically trigger an incident in ServiceNow, providing real-time visibility and enabling efficient incident response.
- New Integration with Service Now that is capable to manage User roles assignments in C Suite with Privilege elevation for the specified change window. Ability to elevate permissions for a group / user when a change time is defined in the SNOW ticket AND the SNOW ticket is in a particular state.
