Set up default responses for questions to enable assessors to complete assessments more quickly and provide more accurate results. Response automation aims to make the assessment process more efficient by reducing manual data entry and providing dynamic, context-based default responses.
Set default answers to speed up assessments and reduce manual data entry. Configure default responses for text, drop-down, radio button, checkbox, date, and number question types. Set defaults as unconditional (always apply) or conditional (apply only when specific criteria are met). Assessors verify and adjust defaults as needed before submitting.
Use dynamic responses to auto-populate answers:

- Control editability — Make responses read-only to enforce consistency, or keep them editable so assessors can adjust them
