Set up default responses for questions so that assessors can complete assessments more quickly and provide better results. Response automation aims to make the assessment process more efficient by reducing manual data entry and providing dynamic, context-based default responses.
- Allows you to set default answers for text, drop-down, radio button, check box, date and number question types. You can select a default response without a condition or dependent on multiple conditions. Assessors can then verify, adjust, or keep these default responses, saving time and effort.
- Allows you to create dynamic automated responses. You can create scripts that retrieve, transform, and map data from various sources such as other questions, tables, or templates, and integrate this data into the response.
- The template manager can make the responses read-only or editable.
