TeamConnect Core is Computacenters integration accelerator for handling complex eBonding requirements between ServiceNow and other ticketing systems. It provides a framework for defining and managing a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) solution across multiple systems and various task based processes. The framework is extended by installing different adaptors to manage the specific API required for each integration, each adaptor is a scoped application of its own.
TeamConnect Core provides a robust and proven eBonding framework, with a data driven approach that can cater for varied message payloads and process specific logic to achieve the most cohesive of integrations. It provides the business with a consistent approach to managing integrations using only core platform capabilities.
The following customer use cases can be supported:
- eBonded ticketing solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Request, HR Case or any other task based process.
- Like to like eBonding, e.g. incident to incident, change to change.
- Diverse eBonding, e.g. incident task to incident, catalog task to Request.
- Multiple bonds in a SIAM setting, e.g. incident eBonded to multiple supplier systems.
TeamConnect Core by itself does not implement any specific integration, this is only achieved by adding specific adaptors to interface to the other system. Computacenter will deliver these adaptors as part of a professional services engagement with the customer, once they have installed TeamConnect Core from the store.
