The integration allows ServiceNow to create and manage incidents related to privileged access events and issues. When a security incident or unauthorized access attempt occurs, Delinea PAS for Servers can automatically trigger an incident in ServiceNow, providing real-time visibility and enabling efficient incident response.
- Integrating Privileged Access Service (PAS) with ServiceNow can significantly enhance your organization's security posture, automating and streamlining the management of privileged accounts.
- This integration combines the benefits and capabilities of Server Suite and Cloud Suite, giving you the ability to request access to Zone Roles, Account Privileges, Roles, and Commands.
- User will have the ability to create Just-In-Time (JIT) requests for Agent Auth, Privilege Elevation Command, Role Access, Privilege Access Request, and Zone Role Workflow using the Incident and Change Management forms.
- Merged Server Suite and Cloud Suite as a single plugin ‘PAS for Servers’.
- User doesn’t have to install Server Suite and Cloud Suite separately.
- Ability to create catalog requests of Server Suite and Cloud Suite using a single plugin ‘PAS for Servers’.
