The Service Bridge application enables customers to connect with their providers through their ServiceNow instance. It provides seamless connections across the provider’s ecosystem to enable flow-through service and support requests, without having to set up costly custom integrations.
Customers can request services and support, track progress, and receive service updates and notifications from their providers in their own ServiceNow instance without having to swivel-chair to an external system.
Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where the Global Plugin Clone Cleanup Script removed sys_alias entries after a clone.
- Provider comments now correctly trigger emails on linked consumer tasks.
- Scan tasks are automatically closed when subsequent executions produce no new findings.
- Comments posted during Remote Task initial connections now sync without customizations.
- Improved provider custom URL support for connections
