The Cisco Customer Smart Bonding application allows Cisco Customers to connect their ServiceNow instance to Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center, with the purpose of creating, updating, and closing Cisco TAC cases from within the Customer’s own ticketing system.
This application will allow Customers to create, update, and close tickets in Cisco TAC, as well as stay informed of any updates from the Cisco TAC Support Team. The Customer will be able to create a TAC case directly from an Incident in ServiceNow.
The application is intended to do the following:-
- Create Cisco TAC Cases from Customer Incidents via the Cisco Task form
- Keep TAC cases and Customer Cases in sync
The Cisco Customer Smart Bonding application allows Cisco Customers to connect their ServiceNow instance to Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center, with the purpose of creating, updating, and closing Cisco TAC cases from within the Customer’s own ticketing system.
ServiceNow is required to run this application, as well as credentials from the Cisco Smart Bonding team. Please contact your Cisco Account Team to begin the Smart Bonding process.
