This application adds Virtual Agent topics and blocks that can be used as part of your Virtual agent deployment. These blocks will allow the virtual agent to create video calls, replay recording sessions, or remote support sessions. The virtual agent will then wait for the user to connect or complete their recording, and, when appropriate, will transfer that to a live agent.
