Easily add CRM automation in your custom applications with the Flow Templates for CRM application. Rather than creating a new flow from scratch, users can choose the relevant template in App Engine Studio and follow the guided screens to create a new flow. These templates leverage IntegrationHub spokes to create and update Cases and Opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Setup screens guide you and indicate what information is required. Flows generated from templates provide additional explanations and can be customized as needed. The templates all have pre-defined flow triggers, but you can modify the flows and add additional conditions to control when they are triggered.
Templates (all using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM spoke):
- Create a Microsoft Dynamics Case when a case is created
- Triggered when a record is created in the ServiceNow CSM Case table. The flow automatically creates a case in Dynamics and maps the Case ID back onto the triggering record.
- Update a Microsoft Dynamics Case when a case is updated
- Triggered when a ServiceNow Case record is updated. The flow automatically updates the corresponding Dynamics Case with the mappings you add to the flow.
- Create a Microsoft Dynamics Case from the Service Catalog
- Triggered by a Service Catalog Request. This flow creates a new Case in Dynamics.
- Create a Microsoft Dynamics Opportunity from the Service Catalog
- Triggered by a Service Catalog Request. This flow creates a new Opportunity in Dynamics.
