This feature is a reusable Action for Flow Designer. It allows users to create custom prompts for various scenarios within ServiceNow flows. This action can be tailored to specific needs, enhancing the flexibility and functionality of the flows. -
Knowledge AI Assistant
By integrating with OpenAI GPT or through Microsoft Azure OpenAI, the application enables users to create, update, and enhance knowledge articles more efficiently. With a simple to use interface, it allows knowledge authors to describe the article they want created or the improvements they want made and GPT will do the rest.

This feature adds the ability to translate text from one language to another and detect the language of any given text.
OpenAI GPT translation services leverage state-of-the-art natural language processing technology to provide accurate and reliable translations.
