B2B and B2C customers can view their order history, order status, and related invoices. Place and manage their sales orders. Order shipments can be tracked with the click of a button. Product return requests (Return Material Authorizations or RMAs) are simple and automated. Customers select the products to be returned, and RMA labels and shipping labels are automatically generated and can be accessed and printed through the portal interface.
