Security Clearance Management is a purpose-built ServiceNow application that automates and centralizes US government personnel security compliance — covering security clearance requests, foreign travel pre-approval and post-travel reporting, and visit authorization requests. Designed for Industrial Security Officers and cleared personnel, the application replaces manual, email-driven processes with structured, auditable workflows that meet NISP and DCSA requirements.
- Centralized orchestration of the full clearance lifecycle: request, eligibility validation, status tracking, renewals, and termination
- Secure facility visit request management — submission, Industrial Security review, and approval tracking for cleared personnel visiting controlled installations
- Foreign travel request management for cleared personnel — from pre-departure security review and approval through mandatory post-travel reporting, aligned to SEAD 3 and ISL guidance
