Public Sector Digital Services is the trusted platform for digital government services. Using a purpose-built foundation of data models, workflows and experiences, agencies can scale the delivery of services by building new applications in weeks, rather than months.
This Agency Support Model enables government agencies to provide support to each other as well as to collaborate between agencies. It provides a standard architecture for building any type of service - benefits, service requests, licensing, permits, etc. – with a government data model that supports case types, services offered by agencies, and services received by constituents, businesses, and agencies. It also provides out-of-the-box tailored experiences for agents to perform work and for constituents and agencies to request and manage their services and information.

- Public sector terminology and constituent-centric lookup in interaction pages. All interaction pages (email, voice, chat) now display public sector terminology, replacing commercial terms such as 'consumer' with 'constituent', 'contact' with 'business contact', and 'account' with 'business'. Lookup functionality now queries constituent records, ensuring caseworkers retrieve accurate public sector data.
- L3 compliance support for app-psds-agency. The app-psds-agency now supports Level 3 compliance, enabling agencies to meet advanced regulatory requirements.
- Fluent framework adoption for app-psds-agency. The app-psds-agency interface has been converted to use the Fluent design system, providing a consistent and accessible user experience.
- Configurable dictionary emission in now-sdk build. The now-sdk build for app-psds-agency now supports the `--emitDictionary=false` parameter, allowing admins to control dictionary file generation during builds.

- Localization and translation improvements across core bundle. Client scripts and widgets have been updated to resolve localization text warnings, ensuring all message keys are correctly preloaded and literal strings are properly extracted for translation. Button labels and stylized text now display consistently in all supported languages.
Fixed
- The extensible financial details table now correctly handles child tables despite lacking a class name column. Table structure issues affecting extensibility have been resolved.
