EasyCIList is used by any fulfiller and/or administrators of the CMDB.
Out of the box, the CMDB helps you track the configuration items (CIs) within your organisation including relationships between those items. You can see the related items in a tree, flat or graphical manner (using the Dependency View); but it's not as easy or intuitive to get a list of all related CIs in the native list view.
When viewing a particular CI - EasyCIList will allow you, in a single click, to generate a list of all related CIs. You will even be able to specify how many levels you want to expand the search (both in the parent and child direction). The algorithm used to query the CI relationship table is tuned to run extremely fast. All the related CIs will be shown in the native list view.

- On the CI form a related Link and also a context menu ui action redirect the user to a list view of all related CIs. Related CIs are identified based on CI relationships. The search traverses through CI relationship tree in both directions parent and child CIs.
