NewRocket Intelligence – AI Risk Profiler enables organizations to evaluate the risk of AI skills before activation and make informed, risk‑aware decisions across the ServiceNow platform.
As enterprises adopt Now Assist and agentic AI, they are presented with a growing number of AI skills that can be enabled quickly—but without clear visibility into risk, impact, or downstream effects. AI Risk Profiler addresses this challenge by providing a centralized, interactive view of AI skills, along with their associated risk levels, usage context, and potential impact on workflows and business processes.
The application allows teams to understand how AI skills interact with data, permissions, and operations, helping identify which capabilities can be safely activated and which require further governance or validation. By introducing a structured, transparent risk model, AI Risk Profiler enables organizations to evaluate AI adoption decisions with confidence—before making changes to their environment.
Designed as a read-only evaluation layer, AI Risk Profiler does not modify ServiceNow configurations or activate AI capabilities. Instead, it provides a safe environment to simulate changes and understand their implications, supporting controlled rollout strategies and enterprise governance frameworks.
AI Risk Profiler helps reduce uncertainty, increase trust in AI adoption, and accelerate time-to-value by enabling organizations to move forward with AI in a deliberate and risk-aware manner.

Key Notes- This release is focused on visibility, evaluation, and simulation only
- The application does not enable or modify AI skills or configurations
- Designed to support AI governance, risk assessment, and controlled rollout of Now Assist capabilities
- Requires existing Now Assist / Skill Builder data within the ServiceNow instance
-
Licensing:
Requires active ServiceNow Now Assist / Generative AI licensing appropriate for the instance and enabled product modules. -
ServiceNow Products:
Supported across any Now Assist–enabled product where AI skills are available, including (but not limited to):- ITSM
- HRSD
- ITOM
- ITAM
- CSM
-
Required Capability / Package:
- Now Assist Admin Console (provides access to AI skill configuration and management)
- Skill Builder capabilities supporting AI skill definition and storage
-
Data Dependency:
The application relies on the presence of AI skill data in the following tables:- sn_nowassist_skill_family
- sn_nowassist_skill_config
- sn_nowassist_skill_config_status
- Now Assist / Skill Builder must be enabled and configured within the instance
- AI skills must be defined and available in the instance for the application to display meaningful results
- Appropriate user roles must be assigned for application access
- x_high2_nr_rskprof.user
- Provides access to the AI Risk Profiler UI and associated Scripted REST APIs
If users experience limited visibility or empty results within AI Risk Profiler:
- Verify that appropriate Now Assist licensing is active
- Confirm that AI skill data exists within the instance
- Ensure the user has been assigned the x_high2_nr_rskprof.user role
- Confirm access to underlying sn_nowassist_skill_ tables* via standard ServiceNow ACLs
