With the Admin experience for the Software Asset Management application, administrators can use a centralized guided setup to install Software Asset Management applications and plugins, and configure features through a module-by-module experience.
The Admin experience for the Software Asset Management application includes:
- A Software Asset Management Product Hub that provides a single place to install, update, and manage SAM applications and plugins
- Software Asset Management configuration, offering a centralized, module-by-module setup experience for configuring Software Asset Management features after installation
- Implementation agents for configuring features through ServiceNow Otto
This release introduces an application installation option on the Admin Home page through Product Hub, along with a Configuration console for setting up the Software Asset Management application, helping streamline implementation:
- Software Asset Management Product Hub provides a central place to install, view, and manage all applications included in your subscription.
- Software Asset Management Configuration Console simplifies setup by bringing all Software Asset Management settings into one location. You can also use the Implementation agent conversational interface to configure some of the settings
