Regulatory Agency Library establishes and maintains a centralized library of regulatory agencies and key contacts. It consolidate and organizes regulatory communications received through email for future reference as part of the agency records.
- A centralized repository that contains various regulatory authorities and stores the following information:
- Identify geographical jurisdictions covered (countries, regions)
- Classify based on regulatory focus or industry sector (e.g., banking, healthcare)
- Establish point of communication and interaction between the agency and the entities it regulates
- Set up a pre-defined rule to manage compliance case timelines and automate date calculations
- Empowers compliance teams to organize and streamline the connection with regulators to manage the regulations and policies effectively
