The new Project Status Report app delivers out-of-the-box mobile experience for project managers, program managers, and portfolio managers to track their projects on the go. This app enables you to track and update the factors that impact the health of the project such as Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Request Changes.
The Project Status Report app enables you to:
- View status report for your projects.
- Track and update Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions and Request Changes associated with your projects.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders on a project.
- Receive mobile notifications when the project status changes or other users add comments or notes.
- Fixed
- Fixed issues related to dark theme support
Customers need be on Utah release.
Mobile Agent Version:
- iOS - v15.3.0 onwards
- Android - v15.3.0 onwards
Other Requirements:
The ServiceNow® Agent app is required on your mobile device.
Download the latest ‘ServiceNow Agent’ mobile app from Google Play or App Store on your mobile.
Install the following plugins on your instance:
- PPM Standard (Plugin Id: com.snc.financial_planning_pmo)
- Mobile Agent Native Client (Plugin Id: com.glide.sg.agent_native_client)
Permissions and roles:
You must have any of the following roles to access Project Status Report on Agent app:
- it_project_manager
- it_program_manager
- it_portfolio_manager
For teamspace projects, use the corresponding teamspace roles.
