Data Quality Optimization for Governance, Risk, and Compliance empowers business users to define and enforce data quality rules across any platform table. Rules are evaluated through AI-driven or deterministic script logic, operating in two modes:
- Prevention: Real-time form-assist checks that suggest corrections before data is saved
- Detection: On-demand or scheduled pass/fail assessments of existing records
Quality rules are organized into two advisory tracks—Record Advisor (record-level validation) and Field Advisor (field-level validation)—enabling automated compliance monitoring. The rules automatically identifies validation failures and surfaces non-compliance issues. Current releases provide AI-driven validation; future releases will include automated remediation capabilities.
