Low-scoring drafts get automatically rewritten and re-checked, so your knowledge team reviews polished articles, not first drafts.

We're excited to introduce Nexus AI, a new self-healing knowledge ecosystem for your ServiceNow instance. This is the first release of Nexus AI.

Known limitations in this release:
- Requires an active Generative AI / Now Assist subscription and the AI Search plugin for full functionality.
- Analysis currently supports Incident, HR Case, and CSM Case tables.
Platform
- ServiceNow instance running release family compatible with platform version.
- Standard Service Portal enabled (used for the Nexus dashboard)
Licensing
- An active Now Assist / Generative AI subscription is required — article generation, gap classification, and quality scoring all run through your instance's configured GenAI provider.
- AI Search should be enabled for the most accurate knowledge-coverage assessment. Without it, Nexus falls back to a citation-only coverage check.
Data Prerequisites
- Nexus works best on instances with an active volume of Incident, HR Case, and/or CSM Case records — clustering needs a meaningful case history to find patterns.
- An existing Knowledge Base with at least one active knowledge base configured as a target for new draft articles.
