The ServiceNow® Legal Mobile application provides an integrated set of mobile experience workflows for Legal Service Delivery.
Employees requesting legal services can use the Now Mobile app to submit requests and check their status. Legal teams can also utilize the ServiceNow Agent app to quickly view open requests and respond to employees on the go from their mobile devices.
The Legal Mobile application includes the following features:
- Employees can use the Now Mobile app to submit and track legal requests.
- Legal department teams can use the Now Agent mobile app to manage legal requests, matters, and approvals.
- Both applications are native to the iOS and Android operating systems.
Now Mobile and ServiceNow Agent apps can be downloaded on iOS from the Apple App Store or on Android from the Google Play Store.
