Integration
Importing Confluent Cloud's configuration into the ServiceNow CMDB provides visibility of the Kafka estate within the ServiceNow platform and enables workflows and business context to be applied to clusters, topics, and other elements of the Kafka ecosystem.
The connector imports the following:
- Confluent Organization
- Confluent Environments
- Kafka Clusters
- Kafka Topics

The setup requires an organization-level API key and an API key for each cluster discovered (to read the inventory of topics in each cluster).
