When a user completes an interaction with a voice agent, voice2me.ai sends the session data - containing transcript, audio timeline, and metadata - as a JSON payload to a secure Scripted REST API in ServiceNow.
The app stores this data in a custom table and presents it in a user-friendly record view that includes audio playback and transcript browsing. From there, ServiceNow users can trigger automations, analyze conversations, or integrate session insights into existing workflows, all while remaining within the native ServiceNow experience.
