Integration
The PANW Cortex Vulnerability Response application synchronizes vulnerability findings and asset data from Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR into ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR). It ingests Cortex-identified vulnerabilities, correlates them against affected assets, and creates Vulnerable Items in ServiceNow. This allows IT and security teams to track, prioritize, and remediate security findings using native ServiceNow VR workflows and workspaces.
- Automated Data Synchronization: Supports both an initial Full Sync and Delta Syncs to automatically pull new or updated findings.
- Asset Correlation & Field Mapping: Correlates Cortex findings with affected assets to create Third-Party Vulnerability Entries, Vulnerable Items (VITs), and Discovered Items.
- MID Server Support: Includes built-in support for MID Server configurations to handle on-premises or network-restricted Cortex XDR deployments.
- Security Exposure Management Workspace (USEM): Integrates directly with ServiceNow's USEM workspace to visualize, edit, and manage active security exposures in a single dashboard.
