View the associated relationships between different sales entities tied to the sales process record using a hierarchical node map view.
- Create sales process records and associate them with different entity types (opportunity, quote, orders etc)
- Visualize the relationships between different sales entities tied to a top level sales level record using a node map hierarchy view
- View the corresponding details, activities, emails, attachments, tasks, and checklists associated to the sales process records tied to nodal map hierarchy view
- View the consolidated emails and tasks tied to the sales process record and its associated child entities within the corresponding emails and Tasks sub-tabs
- Manually add entities to a sales process record using Link Records button on node map view for additional monitoring
- Disassociate the entities manually tied to a sales process when records cease to exist, or active monitoring is no longer needed using the Delink button
- Toggle between hard links (actively monitored) and soft links (database relationships) on a real time basis and view the updated node map
- Compose email for a sales process record and notify the corresponding recipients
- Create checklists for a sales process record to capture the list of sequential steps and activities to be performed to complete a business process
- Initiate a discussion with concerned stakeholders to expedite communication and collaboration related to the sales process record and its associated child entities
