- Embedding Model Support: Customer Admins will be able to select from the following Embedding Models when setting up RAG:
- ServiceNow – E5 Embedding
- Azure – OpenAI (via BYOK)
- Gemini – Text Embedding (via BYOK)
- AWS – Anthropic (via BYOK)
- Reranker Model Support: Customer Admins will be able to select from the following Re-Ranker Models when setting up RAG:
- RAG Re-ranker (internal BGE ranker)
- Disable Re-ranker: This is accomplished by enabling the “generic” re-ranker that will not require an LLM call
