Intento Translation Portal for ServiceNow makes your Service Portal multilingual. Employees translate text and documents on demand in their own language — without leaving ServiceNow, filing tickets, or copy-pasting into external translation websites — while IT, communications, and HR keep central control of languages, MT providers, and routings.
When a user opens the portal and submits text or a file (txt, html, xml, xliff, docx, xlsx, pptx, jpeg, png, bmp), the app securely sends the content to Intento Language Hub, applies your organization's translation requirements — terminology, tone of voice, quality, compliance — and returns results in one or many target languages. Each user keeps a private translation history: past jobs stay available to reopen, and results download as a single ZIP. Admins audit usage organization-wide from a standard ServiceNow list view.
Powered by Intento Language Hub: AI agents that translate to your requirements — terminology, tone of voice, formatting, compliance — verifying and repairing each translation before it's delivered, on a model layer of 50+ MT and LLM systems across 650+ languages chosen per content type, with allow/block lists for spend and data residency.
