Integration
This plugin adds new integration capability to receive purchase order confirmations from suppliers via SupplyOn to improve supply chain visibility and exception handling.
- Automated PO send to SupplyOn on create, revision, or cancel, incl. attachments and line-level cancellation
- Async callback correlates SupplyOn status responses to orders by transaction ID, even on late callbacks
- Scheduled pull of line-level supplier confirmations with incremental windowing - no missed responses
- Failures raise idempotent error tasks; status tracked end-to-end on S2P staging records
- Extension point to tailor the outbound payload without modifying shipped code

- Provides support for outbound Purchase Order (PO) create, update, and cancel transactions to SupplyOn, including asynchronous status callback processing, scheduled retrieval of supplier order confirmations, per-order error task tracking, and an outbound payload extension point.
- Asynchronous status callback processing that correlates SupplyOn responses to purchase orders using transaction IDs, including delayed callbacks.
- Scheduled retrieval of line-level supplier order confirmations with incremental windowing to help ensure responses are not missed.
- End-to-end status tracking for S2P staging records, with idempotent error-task creation for failed transactions.
- Payload extension point that enables customization of outbound messages without modifying the delivered integration code.
