By providing essential tables, scripts, actions, triggers, and flows, the Accelerator maintains an up-to-date local inventory of system configurations within ServiceNow. This enables organizations to efficiently package and transmit new Lifecycle Hub Requests as JSON payloads to Dell’s IOP, where requests are validated and routed to the appropriate fulfillment center for processing.
