Industrial Core plugin allows to package pre-requisite tables for integrations and OT licensing. The Industrial core plugin serves as a centralized solution for OT-specific utilities and data model changes. For example, the ot_class_mapping_base is specifically required for OT SGC connectors who want to leverage the class mappings in a table.
- An independent plugin with no dependencies and designed to manage all changes related to utilities and the data model that are core to OT.
- Ensure that any SGC plugins requiring utilities or data models leverage Industrial Core for consistency and efficiency.
