The Itential application integrates ServiceNow to one or more of your Itential instances and provides the ability to discover network automations and run them from the ServiceNow platform.
After installation, ServiceNow will discover your network automations along with the input forms associated with them. These assets are dynamically rendered into native ServiceNow forms and enables ServiceNow users to securely run automations without ever having to leave the platform.
