The EXFO Service Graph Connector simplifies the challenge of centralizing siloed and misaligned network and service data from your ecosystem into the ServiceNow TNI platform. It integrates the telecommunications network and service data model, created within the EXFO Context platform, into ServiceNow and continuously reconciles this model. Once integrated into ServiceNow, the data model supports ticket management, change management and other automation processes by providing up-to-date details of the network at both physical and logical levels. The connector supports both full and delta synchronization of the EXFO Context model within ServiceNow.
