- Display of Compliance Results from USU in ServiceNow: In ServiceNow you trigger the demand calculation in USU. USU calculates exactly how many licenses are needed with its built-in Metric Engine technology. The result is displayed in a custom table within ServiceNow where you can benefit from the filter and reporting functionalities.
- Combined Software Request Workflow: After the creation of a software request within ServiceNow, USU is checking if a license is available. Depending on the result, the requestor's manager can approve or reject the request, and a purchase or installation task is created in ServiceNow. An available and approved license is reserved until the software is installed.
