Sales reps can view Pricefx pricing guidance (floor, target, ceiling) on Quote Lines to support negotiation decisions, see Win Rate refreshed automatically on every Quote record, and add Pricefx-recommended products directly from the Quote page.
Includes MCP tools that enable Now Assist agents to query Pricefx pricing intelligence, supporting AI-powered interactions within ServiceNow workflows.
