GRC Shared Gen AI is an internal application that uses generative AI to simplify GRC tasks such as summarization, recommendations, and insights. This improves productivity of teams working across compliance and risk workflows.

- Control objective detail updater: For a given control objective, validate whether the description and supplemental guidance needs to be updated based on associated citations, and suggest new content when updates are required. This skill is triggered only by the AI agent, Control objective change agent.
- Control objective change agent: This introduces an AI-driven capability to automatically update a control objective's description and supplemental guidance whenever its associated citations are modified. Leveraging agentic AI, the enhancement analyzes the changes in citation content, identifies their impact on the control objective, and generates precise, contextually relevant updates.
- Enabled Now LLM LTS and Role masking support for the recommendation of similar control objectives and common control objective creation skills.
- Control objective requirements and control requirements are now considered in the Rationalization process for control objectives.
