The Form data collector helps populate case form fields during a customer's interaction with a Virtual Agent chatbot, supported by Now LLM. It goes through each question on a form and prompts Now LLM to infer answers to questions based on the chatbot conversation. It also rephrases case form questions into a more conversational format to enhance the user experience.
