Reads the SU metadata from the ITOM SU-based subscriptions and uses it to calculate and present the consumption of the ITOM SU-based subscriptions.
Performs daily counts of the ITOM-managed resources, presents the counts, and offers a listing of the countable resources on-demand.

- Updated to count, for ITOM Visibility, servers managed by Certificate Management and the new Cryptographic Asset Compliance feature to provide accurate resource counts to support licensing management.
- Fixed:
- Correction so that EUDs are only counted for Health, HLA, Observability, and Cloud Accelerate value streams when ACC is deployed.
- The ITOM Visibility Licensing Usage Count Store job has been improved to handle large data volumes better and to reduce long runtimes. This helps the licensing usage counting process run more efficiently on instances with large CI data sets.
- The Non-Human Identity category is removed from Licensing.
