Reads the SU metadata from the ITOM SU-based subscriptions and uses it to calculate and present the consumption of the ITOM SU-based subscriptions.
Performs daily counts of the ITOM-managed resources, recomputes the averages over the last 90 daily counts, presents the counts, and offers a listing of the countable resources on-demand.
