Overview:
- Licenses: Ensure that the appropriate Now Assist plugin is installed based on the licensed product(s) in the instance.
- Active Now Assist licensing for AI Agents (based on the enabled ServiceNow product module)
- ServiceNow Products: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM (or any Now Assist–enabled product)
- Required Plugin: Now Assist AI Agents (sn_aia)
- Minimum version: 7.0.8
- Provides the underlying read-only access to the required tables that enable visibility of agent workflows within the agent explorer application.
- Additional Requirements:
- AI Studio enabled
- Configured AI Agents and workflows
- Appropriate user roles assigned for application access
- Scoped Role Required: x_high2_nr_agntexp.user
- x_high2_nr_agntexp.user – Standard access to view agent workflows
Access Note:
- If users see messages indicating limited access within Agent Explorer ensure that:
- Appropriate Now Assist licensing is enabled
- The user has been assigned the required application role
