- Resolved an issue where "Link Documents" and "Select Documents" action labels appeared untranslated on initial page load.
- Prevented users from creating and linking Health and Safety actions to a restricted incident without the required access permissions.
- Fixed an intermittent issue that prevented incident playbook triggers from firing.
