The ServiceNow® Care Team Mobile application is built on the Healthcare Operations Core platform and delivers a native mobile experience that enables hospital care teams—such as nurses, nurse assistants, unit secretaries, and unit managers—to create and view shared support requests for IT, Biomed, Facilities, and Environmental Services departments while on the go.
- Report and track IT, Biomed, Facilities, and Environmental Services requests directly from a mobile device.
- Scan asset tags on IT and medical equipment to access asset records, view history, and initiate repair requests.
- Browse location records for the care team, view active and historical requests, and initiate new requests.
- Capture and attach images to requests to help technicians quickly identify and resolve issues.
