Trusona ATO Protect brings identity verification directly into ServiceNow so agents can handle sensitive requests without leaving the incident workspace. It helps teams reduce account takeover risk during workflows like password resets, MFA resets, and account recovery by letting agents send a Trusonafy link and review the verification result in the same screen.
The app works with your existing Trusona ATOP tenant and is designed for a clean, privacy-conscious workflow. Verification data returned from Trusona is handled as encrypted payloads, helping avoid storage of readable PII in ServiceNow. The app also writes audit-friendly work notes when a Trusonafy link is sent and when a verification is completed.
