-
The AI Reporting Agent supports end users through chat — on the Employee Center, other portals, or inside the mobile app via Now Assist — when they need to report an incident or get help. As the user describes their issue in the chat, the agent assesses how urgent and important it is. If the agent detects an emergency, it advises the user to call 911 immediately. If there is no emergency, the agent creates an incident from the conversation itself, without requiring the user to fill out forms or fields, and hands it off to the existing AI Categorization Agent for categorization.
-
The Categorization Agent determines the category, subcategory, and criticality of a Physical Security Incident (PSI) using Knowledge Base articles and the record's own context. It runs automatically whenever a new PSI is created and can also be invoked on demand from any alert or incident via the Categorize action. Built in AI Agent Studio, it cuts manual triage effort and standardizes categorization regardless of how a PSI originates.
-
A new AI Correlation Agent links incoming alerts to existing Physical Security Incidents (PSIs) and adds the alert’s description to the matched PSI. If the agent cannot find a correlated PSI, it creates a new PSI automatically and attaches it to the alert. The correlation flow works together with the existing AI Categorization Agent, which categorizes the PSI based on its description, payload, and other details once a link is established.
