Integration
- The Veriff Video KYC solution operates within the boundaries of ServiceNow’s integration and platform capabilities, relying on Veriff’s APIs for all identity, verification processes and therefore cannot perform any verification outside the data provided by Veriff.
- The solution does not replicate or replace native ServiceNow identity capabilities such as User Administration, Access Management, or Customer Identity workflows; instead, it strictly focuses on embedding Veriff’s verification results into existing ServiceNow processes. It does not offer document storage beyond what ServiceNow natively supports, nor does it perform independent biometric or fraud analysis beyond what Veriff delivers.
- By positioning itself as a specialized, external verification connector rather than a standalone identity platform, the solution avoids competing with current ServiceNow products and complements existing ServiceNow workflows by enhancing, rather than duplicating, their native capabilities.

- Browser support: Veriff’s web-based verification flow works in most modern browsers. On desktop: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based), Opera, Yandex Browser.
- On mobile:
- On iOS: Safari — and from iOS version 14.3 onwards, all browsers are supported.
- On Android: Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Browser, Opera (and other Chromium-based browsers are likely to work)
- Camera & selfie/photo capability: Because Veriff requires uploading a photo of an ID and a selfie (or short live-capture), the device must have a working camera and allow the browser/app to access it.
- Good internet connection: As images/photo data need to be uploaded to Veriff’s servers, reasonably stable data connection is needed for reliability (implicitly required by any web-based document/selfie upload flow).
